Innovative Development Bank Limited was registered on 20/12/2065 with the Office of company register as per Bank and Financial Institution Act, 2063. Bank came in operation from 13th November 2009 after obtaining the license from Nepal Rastra Bank as a "B" class financial institution. The bank is promoted by renowned and established businessmen, industrialists, bankers, doctors, engineers, lawyers, intellectuals, retired civil servant etc. The bank is headed by a team of professionals having extensive banking experience and exposure. The working area of the bank is Rupandehi, Nawalparasi and Chitwan district.
The central office and initial service coverage area of the bank is Siddharthanagar Municipality of Rupandehi and its surroundings. The bank is planning to extend its banking activities and services in the working area in a phase wise manner.
